Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. For larger furniture items, our white-glove delivery service will contact you to schedule a specific arrival window within 2 weeks.

What is your return policy for home decor?

We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Aera ships to the contiguous United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to reach more international destinations soon.

Are your textiles machine washable?

Most of our linens and pillow covers are machine washable on a gentle cycle. However, we recommend professional cleaning for our hand-woven rugs and heavy wool throws to maintain their texture.
